Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  4. Fill half of each circle with the apple mixture, then fold over and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
