- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or pistachios)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
- Mix in the cocoa powder and sea salt.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and pitted dates.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
