- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and drained pineapple chunks.
- Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the shredded coconut.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream and lime juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the fruit and marshmallow mixture until well combined.
