- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and combine.
- Gradually fold in the flour mixture, followed by the milk.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then poke holes all over the top with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Pour over the cake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the chilled cake before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cake overnight to allow it to soak up the milk mixture.
- Top with fresh berries or fruit for an extra touch.
