Delight in this savory steak and shrimp dish served with creamy red skin mashed potatoes, peppers, and onions.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 pounds red skin potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the red skin potatoes until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add bell pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove vegetables and set aside. In the same pan, cook steak and shrimp until done.
- Drain the potatoes, mash with butter and cream, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the steak and shrimp over the mashed potatoes, topped with the sautéed peppers and onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak in your favorite seasoning before cooking.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with another protein if preferred.
