- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) Sloppy Joe sauce
- 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and stir in Sloppy Joe sauce.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the meat mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Top with the second can of crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
