- 8 slices bread
- 6 ounces sliced roast beef
- 4 ounces smoked gouda cheese, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer roast beef and smoked gouda on the mustard side of four slices.
- Top with the remaining four slices of bread, mustard side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, then grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Flip carefully and grill the other side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
