- 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Cook until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves, topped with shredded carrot, green onions, and chopped peanuts.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of chili sauce.
