Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.
  3. Cut a slit along the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the shrimp and mozzarella mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
