Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a portion of the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice the quesadillas and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
