Description

Deliciously creamy macaroni and cheese with turkey bacon and chicken ham that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced


Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  5. Fold in the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or onion powder.
