- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberry puree
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of cheesecake cups.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in blackberry puree and dried lavender until incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep the dried lavender in warm cream before adding to the mixture.
