  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

  • In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk.
  • Place the flour in a third shallow dish.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
