Description

Loaded Baked Potatoes are creamy and comforting, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes, until tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Cut a slit in each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Add butter, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Top with cheese and green onions.
  8. Serve warm.
