- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced kiwi
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, mash the avocados in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, honey, and salt.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread.
- Top with diced strawberries, kiwi, and chopped mint leaves.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor.
