Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
