- 1 tablespoon garlic butter
- 8 ounces Cajun pasta
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Cajun pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- Add garlic butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the rested steaks and serve over the Cajun pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
