  • 1 tablespoon garlic butter
  • 8 ounces Cajun pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the Cajun pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the steaks in the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  6. Add garlic butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
