Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat garlic butter over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and stir until the sauce thickens.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
