Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the Doritos until finely crushed. Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese block into small, bite-sized cubes.
  • Prepare a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with the crushed Doritos combined with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Coat each cheese cube in the flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and then press it into the Doritos-panko mixture until fully coated.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the cheese cubes in batches until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Remove and drain on a paper towel before serving hot.
