Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and heat through.
  4. Assemble the sliders by spreading Dijon mustard on each roll, layering turkey bacon, chicken ham, and provolone cheese.
  5. Place sliders on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter, sprinkling garlic and onion powder on top.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and heat until warm.
  8. Serve the sliders with the warm broth for dipping.
