- 12 slider rolls
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken ham and heat through.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading Dijon mustard on each roll, layering turkey bacon, chicken ham, and provolone cheese.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter, sprinkling garlic and onion powder on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and heat until warm.
- Serve the sliders with the warm broth for dipping.
