Instructions
- Make the Cinnamon Swirl: Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour into a piping bag or ziplock bag.
- Prepare Pancake Batter: Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Combine until just mixed.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a hot skillet. Pipe a cinnamon swirl on top. Flip when bubbles appear, then cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Make the Glaze: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
