Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Add the sautéed spinach, feta cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
