- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom.
- Layer three lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
- Let the lasagna rest before slicing for cleaner pieces.
