Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom.
  6. Layer three lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
