Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.
- Add black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
- Fill tortillas with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the filled tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
