- ½ cup baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and baking soda to a boil.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and shape into small balls.
- Boil the dough balls in the baking soda water for about 30 seconds.
- Remove and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the cheese sauce, combine cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
