Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast.

- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- After the dough has risen, preheat your Dutch oven in the oven to 450°F (230°C).

- Place the dough seam-side up in a piece of parchment paper.
- Carefully remove the Dutch oven from the oven and place the parchment with the dough inside.
- Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
