Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

  • Gradually whisk in the chicken broth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Add the shredded chicken, diced ham, and Dijon mustard to the pot. Bring to a simmer, allowing the flavors to meld for about 10 minutes.
