Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
