- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (e.g., Stove Top)
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Grease crockpot and place seasoned chicken at the bottom.
- Whisk soups, sour cream, and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
- Mix stuffing mix with water and melted butter; spread on top.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hrs or HIGH for 3–4 hrs until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken and mix with stuffing before serving.
