Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mix over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
