Instructions
- Roast Garlic: Preheat oven to 400°F, slice garlic top, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, roast for 30–35 minutes, then mash into paste.
- Cook Sauce: Melt butter, add roasted garlic, stir in heavy cream, simmer. Gradually whisk in cheeses until smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Combine with Pasta: Toss cooked pasta with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
