Ingredients

  • 200 grams Marie biscuits
  • 100 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 150 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 grams butter


Instructions

  1. Crush the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the cocoa powder.
  3. Add the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk to the saucepan and stir until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the crushed biscuits until fully coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and serve.
