- 200 grams Marie biscuits
- 100 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 200 milliliters heavy cream
- 150 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 50 grams butter
Instructions
- Crush the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the cocoa powder.
- Add the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk to the saucepan and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the crushed biscuits until fully coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.
Notes
