- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is cooling, in another bowl whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Once the cake is fully cooled, layer the chocolate ice cream over the top.
- Spread the whipped chocolate mixture on top of the ice cream.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
