Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and a tablespoon of cherry pie filling onto the center.
- Fold the wrapper sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
