- 4 sub rolls
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add the ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and mix until well combined.
- Slice the sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly among the sub rolls.
- Top each filled sub with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
