- 1 package of eclair shells
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 2 cups of diced apples

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
- Layer eclair shells in a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the shells.
- Add a layer of caramel sauce followed by the spiced apples.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and caramel on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- For added flavor, drizzle extra caramel sauce on top before serving.
