- 2 pounds snow crab legs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in white wine, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Place the snow crab legs in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, discard the foil, and serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
- Crack the crab legs with a nutcracker for easier eating.
