Description

Boozy Garlic Butter Snow Crab Legs are the perfect indulgent dish that combines succulent crab meat with a rich, flavorful garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds snow crab legs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in white wine, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  4. Place the snow crab legs in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, discard the foil, and serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
