- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the shrimp and pour the bang bang sauce over the top. Toss to combine.
- Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce to your preference by adding more or less sriracha.
