- 1 large frozen banana (or 1 1/2 small frozen bananas)
- 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup ice
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind, dairy or plant-based)
- 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, ice, and milk.
- Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with turbinado sugar if desired.
- Serve immediately in glasses.

- For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen banana or ice.
