- 1 cup cooked seasoned rice
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup refried beans (optional)

- ½ cup fiesta tortilla strips
- ½ cup pico de gallo
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned and no pink remains.
- Add taco seasoning and water; stir well and simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Warm the flour tortillas (in a dry pan or microwave) so they become soft and foldable.
- (Optional) If using refried beans, spread a thin layer down the center of each tortilla.
- Add a scoop of cooked seasoned rice onto each tortilla.
- Spoon a generous portion of the seasoned beef over the rice.
- Drizzle warm nacho cheese sauce over the beef, then sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese on top.
- Add sour cream and a spoonful of fresh pico de gallo.
- Sprinkle fiesta tortilla strips on top for crunch.
- Roll each burrito tightly, folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and pan-sear the burritos on all sides until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- Serve warm, with extra pico de gallo or hot sauce if desired.

- Warm tortillas before filling to prevent tears.
