This Swiss Mushroom Melt Delight is a flavor-packed burger layered with juicy beef patties, golden sautéed mushrooms, and gooey Swiss cheese. It’s quick, easy, and restaurant-quality comfort food made right at home.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat skillet/grill over medium-high. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a separate pan. Sauté sliced mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Place Swiss cheese on each patty during last minute of cooking. Cover to melt.
- Toast buns (optional), spread mayo and mustard if using.
- Assemble burgers: bottom bun → cheese patty → mushrooms → top bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
