- Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add strawberry puree, salt, vanilla, and strawberry extract; mix until combined.
- Fold in freeze-dried strawberries and optional coloring.
- Pour into pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
- Lift out fudge and cut into squares.
