Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add strawberry puree, salt, vanilla, and strawberry extract; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in freeze-dried strawberries and optional coloring.
  5. Pour into pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
  7. Lift out fudge and cut into squares.
