  • Extra strawberries, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  6. Add a single layer of graham crackers over the cream.
  7. Spread more cream mixture over the crackers, then add sliced strawberries and small spoonfuls of strawberry jam.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
