Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a fun, easy-to-make dessert that combines crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips with fluffy cream cheese filling and fresh strawberries — topped with jam, whipped cream, and chocolate chips. Perfect for parties or sharing!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam, warmed slightly
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut tortillas into triangle shapes to create "chips."
  3. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Arrange chips in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Arrange the baked tortilla chips on a serving platter.
  7. Dollop or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the chips.
  8. Spoon the diced strawberries and warmed strawberry jam over the top.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips if desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth blending.
  • Only assemble before serving to keep chips crisp.
  • Microwave jam for a smoother drizzle.
  • Optional toppings can be swapped with nuts or caramel sauce.
