Instructions
- Blend bananas and strawberries until smooth.
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, cornstarch, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (5–7 minutes).
- Stir in the fruit puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then pour into bowls or jars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
