Ingredients
Sirloin steak, egg noodles, sour cream, mushrooms, beef broth, onion, mustard, butter, salt, pepper.
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles as directed; set aside.
- Brown steak and onions in butter. Add mushrooms.
- Stir in beef broth and mustard, simmer until thickened.
- Off heat, blend in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
