Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- While wings bake, combine honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, butter, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
- Transfer baked wings to a large bowl and toss with the glaze until fully coated.
- Return wings to the oven for 5–8 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
