  • 30ml burger sauce
  • 40g sliced gherkins

Instructions

Prepare the Pancake Batter:

  1. Beat the egg white to soft peaks using an electric whisk.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolk with the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Slowly whisk in the milk to form a smooth paste.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the yolk mixture.

Cook the Pancakes:

  1. Heat half the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Spoon in a quarter of the pancake mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the edges are set and golden.
  3. Repeat to make three more pancakes, keeping them warm in a low oven.

  2. Divide the beef mince into two balls.

  5. Repeat with the second ball of mince.
