- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups milk

- 2 cups béchamel sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, and salt to make the crepe batter. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add mixed seafood and cook until just done.
- In a separate pan, heat the melted butter, then pour in the crepe batter to form thin crepes.
- Fill each crepe with the seafood mixture and roll them up.
- Place the filled crepes in a baking dish, cover with béchamel sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
