Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated.
  5. Sprinkle the buttery cracker crumbs over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
